Fix my computer

Hello,
my data files and my operating system are both on the same drive. my system restore will not work because i have several and malware on my computer should i use the system restore cd to fix the oroblem. how or why not?

Hi,

Yes you can so that the recovery cd restores everything just like you purchased it with windows and drivers installed with essentials,to use it change boot sequence in bios making cd/dvd drive as primary boot device,restart pc inserting cd in the drive and have the onscreen instructions followed.In this process all your data will be deleted but after you can recover them back.
