Dell Mini 10 restarting

Hello,

My Dell Mini 10 laptop is not booting as it is might be due to AHCI mode is enabled for XP. But when i go through the BIOS setup there is no AHCI mode to be disabled. How to disable the AHCI mode ? Please help

you go through BIOS setup. you find on-chip satamode and try choose 1 in 4 option in this
