Not enough memory on my nokia E88

Hello,
each time i want to brouse on my nokia E88 dual sim i get a message that says "not enough memory" & i cant do anything (even read a newspaper or visit any website) on the net

Hi,.

You must take the mobile phone to a repair center of mobile phones and have the memory flashed to fix this problem.
