Hello,

I have a trascend JF V30 / 32 G B, when I want to store music, it doesn't store it. I tried several times, but still no solution.

Please help.

Hi.

What happens when you transfer music to it?do error messages appear on the screen ?is it empty ?access denied?please provide all related information with issues having with the device,
