Hello,
Try this 1.
Right-click on the "Internet Explorer" icon---->Click on "Properties"---> Click on
"Connections" tab-->Click on "LAN settings" button. In that window uncheck all
the options, if you notice any option selected.
If the problem still exists, disable either your antivirus or firewall for temporary.

Hello, if you are able to access to any website, it means that there is internet connection. Hence if you are unable to connect online with the specific applications, please check whether there is any security settings that is restricting the access.
