Canceling the call barr

Hello, sir
i am using the spice qt52 phone, and i am not cancelling the call barr of one of my friend's no.
sir please help me by tellin me the steps by which i can cancell the barr through my phone setting.

Hi,

You need a password for this and to get it activated and disactivated please call your network provider and its not applicable for prepaid mobile phones only for post paid also depends on services of your network provider which may also work on both,
