Hello,
If you want all the PC's on the same network then "Workgroup" must be same.
Good Luck.

If you want to share files between all PCs, all the PCs should be on same workgroup "MSHome", after that you just need to enable file sharing to share files. Give unique computer name to each PC too.

Thank you guys..
Trouble is the network on the Win7 laptopo somewhow is already called 'Workgroup, whilst the XP boxes are 'MsHome'. I cam see all from both sides.
On the tree it shows..
Microsoft Windows Network
MsHome
-- all xp boxes
WorkGroup
--Win7 laptop only
I can't see how I actually change this to add it to the MsHome group.
It is Win7 Home Premium
Any help there..?
Thanks again,
oz

Hello,
Try this 1.
If you are looking to add Windows 7 to MsHome then in Windows 7
Click on Start --> In search box, type sysdm.cpl and press Enter.
"System Properties" window will be opened. In "Computer Name" tab --> Click on "Change" button -->Now change the Workgroup name from default name "Workgroup" to MsHome -->
Click on OK and restart your computer.
Good Luck.
