Urgently require code for attendance report

Hello,

I get attendance sheet daily which contains shift timings, time and time out for each employee. I need to report absents, lates and early leavers every day to each HOD plus it must reflect patterns of habitual late comers, absentees and early leavers.

I need to automate this task as it is very tedious and time consuming. Could someone share the code please?
