Actually you have missed an essential information on your post. It is the make and model of the printer that you are using. Well, please indicate it for appropriate help.
For meanwhile, please try getting through the below steps. The issue seems to be that the printer is jammed and the only thing that the printer is doing is spitting back unprinted pages.
In order to get it unjammed, please try unscrewing the glass part of the scanner and then plug in the power cord and hence it will get unjammed. Yet it might be that the circuit strip to the ink catridge is faulty and hence needs to be replaced.
However, if you do not have proper knowledge about how to carry out the above task, do consider sending it to a Repair Shop.
