Hello , I have two cameras,one is CYBER-SHOT DCS-S950/S980 The last time I download the photos use the old camera (with cable) Now I have new pictures on the other camera, and I do not recognize it with the new cable, I HAVE THE NEW CD FROM THE CHAMBER, Floppy BUT NO ME ANDA, a friend told me that you can download a program, but do NOT, PLEASE if anyone knows, TELL ME, GRACE AND KISSES

Hi, Agus.

You mean the camera won't be detected when connected to your computer via the USB cable? If so, take the memory card out of the camera and use a card reader to connect it with your computer. See if it can be recognized properly.
