Mesenger virus

Hello, I have deleted my windows messenger 3 times to get rid of a virus it keeps sending out websites to people on my contact list, and still is there one sign is I keep getting signed out of my messenger and people say I keep sending them sites I dont have a site. I have Avast anti virus and scanned got rid of 8 malware and did what it said on google on the run program I typed in msconfig and deleted all files to do with messenger then reinstalled messenger and have the virus.

the virus is still here!
try to update your antivirus a install a new one, like kaspersky!
