Help c5000 problem

Hello,
I have a tv mobile c5000 here which is give some problem I'm not sure if is the sensor pad that is no longer good or if it has a virus. The phone doesn't allow u to access your apps But no matter where u touch the screen it only opens your music player app. can u help me out plz

Hi,

Its definitely the touch pad which needs to be re calibrated or replaced.Take to repair center and let them do the needful for you.
