Actually the application should be corrupted. If it is a default application from your mobile phone, you will simply have to get it restored to factory settings in order to get the problem solved. Note that, you will have to get your GPRS settings activated again after completing the task.
Otherwise, you will have to get the Opera browser removed and installed back.
