ASKING FOR AN RESTRICTION CODE

Hello,


I have an 1680c-2 NOKIA model,,but I cant use any other simcard,,but I can only use GLOBE,,.if I inserted an SMART or TNT,,they are ASKING for RESTRICTION code,,but I dont know the RESTRICTION code,.Ccan you please UNLOCK IT.
