Hello,



Please, I would appreciate any assistance that can be provided for my issue. I have encountered a logonui.exe infection and I cannot access anything on my computer, even in safe mode. i would be forever grateful if someone could assist me with this issue.

Hello,
What happens when you try to boot into windows ?
Also let me know if your able to boot into the safe mode with command prompt. When you switch ON your laptop, start tapping the "F8" key to get "Windows Advanced Options"( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and keep tapping the F8 key). Select the option "Safe mode with command prompt".
