HELP COMPUTER PROBLEMS

Hey:/ so i got this new new braand new purple acer computer and some how it wont let people on the internert the same time i am how do i change that?! and how come this computer wont let me change my background on here?!?!?!?! SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, the post is not clear enough: "it wont let people on the internert the same time i am " so please elaborate on it so that we get to help you about it. Also for changing the wallpaper, right click on the Desktop, navigate through Personalize and then to Desktop background and have it changed. If ever you are unable to have it changed, make sure that you are using an Administrator account. Thanks.
