How to do in excel

Hello,

I've four columns: A (with Names), B (with date of birth), C(random name of column A) and D (the result i want automatically).
What formula should i use in column D in order to find result of column B.

Example, if A3 is John and B3 is 05-March-1997, if i put in column c7(John) how to do automatically to have in cell D7, 05-March-1997?

I don't want to use Lists with index and match.
Any help?
