I need your help please.

Hello,
I have just got a new HP G62 + microsoft office/home + student 2010. On my old laptop + windows xp my lexmark 4 in one worked perfectly + wirelessly now that I have set it up on my new computer I cant change the printer settings to how I want them or the scan settings it only scans 1 image at a time and doesn't save them so I am so fustrated as I can normally figure these things out PLEASE HELP!!!
