Try this 1
Download the flash player from the below link
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
Select your operating system and select your browser from the drop-down menu
--> Click on "Download Now"
[Note : If it asks you whether you want to install "Free McAfee® Security Scan
Plus", then uncheck that option and install it.]
