Please help me in creating this Pivot table

Hello,

I have to create a Pivot table which has 3 cloumns one is Workflow name, second is max duration and third is Number of records proceeded.

So i need to create a Pivot table that showz the max duration of a Worflow , and the records processed for that duration.

Can you please help me how ??

Create the Pivot table,

and filter it as top 1 in workflow name for the value max duration,

you got the desired result
