Hello,

I am trying to sync my itouch to my laptop but it won't do anything/ is there something that I am missing as to why it the laptop won't reconginize it? Or what do I need to do in order for it to work on the laptop so I can transfer my music to it? Please help thanks

Hello :)

hey have you tried rebooting your ipod without connecting it?
if you dont know how to do it, here's the quick step:
1. press and hold the middle button and the on/off button for 10 seconds or untill it turns off and reboots.


if that doesnt work, connect your iPod to your laptop and then do the same step as above.
