you will have to go to the network setup wizzard and click file and print sharing or right click on the files you want to share and click share then down to share read and read write both boxes. then look in my network places and click on work group computers. you might also check in the configuration dialog box for your adapter to see if the right windows components are in the if not add them via add remove windows components.
