Hello, I bought a compatible charger for my Acer Aspire 5315 laptop, and it makes the computer work, but not charge the battery, which remains at 0%. The battery is fine (I tried with other charger) so it can't be the problem. And the new charger is more powerful than the original (90W instead of 65W), could that be the problem???

Thanks for your helping.

Hello,

If you are sure that battery is fine then it seems like the problem is with your

power adapter. Compare your new power adapter with the old one. The output

voltage (V) must be the same, the amps( indicated as A) could be the same or

higher than on the original power adapter. Seems like you have crossed the old

adapter output voltage.

Good Luck
