Need drivers for mercury PI945GZD MB

Hello, i format my pc and reinstall window xp(sp2 on mercury motherboard with model no. PI945GZD) .due to formating i lost sound and mercury motherboard cd was not available of that model no.PI945GZD i downloded it from www.mercury-pc.com and download Drivers Realtek AC'97 Audio from www.mercury-pc.com and installed it but still no sound is there.one more thing.there is yellow exclamation marks in device manager (other devices,PCI,sm bus controlle,VGA controller).please guide me how can i recover sound in my pc.
