GTA IV is too slow please help me...!!! Closed

Hello,
I have installed GTA IV on my computer.IT worked, but one problem.The problem is it is very slow.I have ATI Radeon HD 4850 and 3GB of RAM.What is the solution.Tell me please......


Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.13

Make your resolution into 1024 * 600
All setiings low 
Espicially shadow density 
Now download patch 1.0.7.0

GTA IV is too slow please help me...!!!
