I cant open anything...

Hello,
i have a sony vaio, when i turn on my computer it goes directly to a black screen and all u can see is the mouse... i managed to go on the internet but when i closed it i still cant open anything else... what do i do?????

From your black screen pres alt+ctrl+del to open your task manager

Click task tab and click new task. Click on the button and scroll to explorer.exe and hit ok.
