Hello,
I have a problem with my keyboard. The letters [w, a, s, & z] are NOT working. I have to use the online screen keyboard to type the letters in. It's getting really annoying, and I don't know what to do. Sometimes it works, but then it stops again. Help please?

Hello,
Try to hold down both left and right shift key at the same time (did this for several seconds), it somehow solved the problem.
Also, go to Control Panel, click on Accessibility Options, in the keyboard tab, click on the settings buttons for sticky keys, filter keys and toggle keys and deselect the option to use shortcut.
