You can download the drivers from the manufacture website.
Click on the below link and follow the instructions.
http://support.acer.com/drivers_download.aspx
Click on "Notebook" --> Aspire --> Aspire 5738G.
Select your "Operating System" and download the drivers.

thanks did it but the fingerprint device still is not being detected
