Samsung Phone connection to PC

Dear Sir,

Have bought a Samsung Monte and have just installed a Samsung Kies software on PC.
Upon connecting the Phone to PC, a message appears on right bottom, " found new hardware, a problem occured during installation, your hardware may not work properly".

Kindly suggest.

hello this is jaipal to your phone pc suite software will be give with phone install it and then restart your computer if hardwaremay not work properly then it was the that phone connecting software was not installed go to connection and keep data wire then automatically it will install
