go into your internet "browser" (i.e. firefox or internet explorer)......in address bar enter 192.168.1.1 to enter the linksys configuration........once there look for something like wireless security.......once there enter your password.......you will probably see at leasta couple of choices like WPA, WEP, etc..........hope this helped
