Forgot password

Hello,
im here to tell you dat i forgot mypass word and i requested the password in myspace
and says it has been seen to my email and i never receved the email
i have tried every thing but i dont work is there one way u can help me please!!!
or in some where in the computer is there a place wnere all your passwords have been saves
