Hello,

My computer asked me to update my Internet Explorer to 9.0 yesterday and today I am unable to use BBC iplayer/youtube because it says I don't have Adobe Flash Player installed. On the download webpage for it, it doesn't come up with the usual Active X yellow bar to ask for permission and nothing happens so I can't install the programme!

I'm using Windows 7.
Any help towards solving this would be gratefully received!

Hello,

Did you try to install the latest version of adobe flash player? Go to the link to download it:
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Good Luck

I tried the latest version and older versions, from different links, in different languages and none of them worked.

The problem is now solved though. Thank you for your help!
