Hi Kish,
To print a document, you must first install the printer driver on your laptop or your computer. That driver is available on HP official website. After that you can directly use the windows printer utility do print your documents. To do it follow these steps:
1-Open a program that allows you to insert text into a document or get on the internet.
2-If you were to open a program, you would need to type text into the document
3-After you have typed text into the document, you need to locate the menu bar, click on file, then point to print.
4-Click on print.
5-When the print dialog box appears, select the printer you want to use (if it is not already selected) and select the number of copies to print.
6-Click OK.
