Could not install adobe flash player

Hello,
i could not install adobe flash player every time i click to run the program its shows the messege like the application could not run properly the relocation occured because the DLL C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32?SHEELL32.DLL occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLLs .the vendor supplying the DLL shoud be contacted for a new DLL ..... please help me to install flash player??????????

i found out that flashplayer depends directly on java , if java is not current version flashplayer will not install. go to java.com and get the free download. also i found that another program helps detect many problems. go to filehippo.com and download updatechecker,ccleaner, and defraggler. i did and everything is fixed. good luck , cboardwoman
