conversion from jpeg to mp3 Closed

Hello, 
 I want to capture a nostalgia ringtone but i run into trouble on the way.
Help me download my ringtone JPEG file while maintaining this extension instead 
of the the HTML  type which receive .

Just change the extension from .jpeg to .mp3 because sometimes they disguise it to avoid any fines...
