Nfsmv asks to insert cd if i try to play pls

i have recently downloaded nfs mv from a torrent downloading site, i got the whole game installed but when i run the exe file, it prompts me to insert the game cd which i dont have how do i run the game pls pls pls help me asap, how do i play the game, is their any thing i can do to play the game,, pls reply guys waiting fr ur response
