Hi,
I guess you're encountering this issue with Internet Explorer, did you try to connect with other web browsers like firefox or opera to see if the problem persists?
I suggest to disable the firewall otherwise look in internet options -> connection-> network setting and verify that nothing is checked.
If the problem still exist, go to microsoft website and try to fix the issue with the instructions given there:
