Help my MP3 wont work!!!!

My MP3 player is not working and when I try to charge it to my computer it doesnt work, please, If you know how to fix this help me out :)

Please provide sufficient details to identify the actual problem with your MP3 Player.
Such as :
Make of MP3 Player
