System failure

Hello,


I have an Acer Aspire X3400 which has crashed. After the acer logo comes up it fails and says unable to boot. The eRecovery built in is not allowing me to select any options and I do not have any recovery discs. I have tried to go into startup repair but it says unable to fix. If anyone could help I would appreciate it, but please reply in really basic terms. Thanks

Greetings,

You must repair Windows with an original CD-ROM installation. Have you that?
Let me know also your operating system.
