Hello,


I purchased a used laptop and it keeps telling me that I need a product code for windows the computer has windows vista but the laptop has a xp product code on the bottom and i have a xp disk i just want to wipe the computer completely and redo it the easiest way possible how would i manage this?

The OEM code on the bottom probably will not work with a CD of the RETAIL version of XP.
