Hello,
please help me i keep getting an error message when ever i log on which says _brand_ _product_ _version_error can anyone tell me what that means and how to fix it? thankyou

This is a common mistake that you can have with corrupted files i would advise you to use AVG or Avast antivirus to try to remove it
