Update the value of excel files

Hello,

i wanted to ask if there is a method so that i can keep other excel files updated when i make some changes in a particular file.....suppose i change a value in a particular cell of a particular file....i want many other files to get updated with the value of this cell in specific cells of all the files.....plzz help

you can link the other books, or can have a macro that opens those books and update the value.
