Hello,

I am having Nokia 3110C, when switching on the mobile i am getting only blank white screen with battery display on the screen and further no response from the mobile, its not a display issue.. I am unable to do the factory settings also..pls suggest me how to resolve this issue.

Change the battery or repair the mobile by near mobile repair store
