PC wont pass post and will not past the Dell

Hello,

i am having a problem when i turn on my computer it just goes to the dell screen and stop the fan and everything else seems to be working ok however it does not pass POST.
tell me please what could be the problem.

Hello,

Try this 1

First go to BIOS --> Load default settings --> Set the first boot device as

"Hard drive" --> Save the settings and exit from the BIOS.

If the problem still exists then remove your hard drive, CD\DVD drive & other

devices connections and check if you are able to pass the Dell screen.

If you are able to pass the Dell screen then try connecting the devices one by

one properly.
