Lookup With mulitple criteria

Hello,
hi, i need to do a lookup based on mulitple criteria and need some help.
my data worksheet is designed like this
Client Category-A Category-B Category-C Category-D
Sub-1 Sub-2 Sub-3 Sub-1 Sub-2 Sub-3 Sub-1 Sub-2 Sub-3 Sub-1 Sub-2Sub3
A 1 2 3 1 5 8 6 10 20 1 1 2
B 1 2 3 1 5 8 6 10 20 1 1 2
C 1 2 3 1 5 8 6 10 20 1 1 2
D 1 2 3 1 5 8 6 10 20 1 1 2

in my reporting sheet...for client A, Category-A and Sub-3, i required the corresponding value. this can be any combination.
