Not recognise DVD

Hello,

I am using windows 7 , I burn Data DVD from my computer, after finshed I saw data when i check from my computer, But the problem arise when i use this DVD then this DVD show Blank.
What is problem I am unable to identify and hope to found soloution.
I am very much happy if found solution.

Could you be more precise in your request? Explain us clearly in other term the problem you encounter

I am using window 7. When I burn DVD data in my desktop and that DVD is use in another Desktop, having DVD Player ( In which window XP is running) then that DVD is not open and Show Blank DVD

Did you use this Data DVD on a dvd player??

Make sure the DVD player is compatible with the formats

Try to run "Fix It" from Microsoft site below:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/314060/your-cd-or-dvd-drive-is-not-recognized-by-windows-or-other-programs
