YXTEL C9 Software Reset Code Solved/Closed

Hello, 

My friend is using YXTel c9 mobile phone, He was checking the TV stations in it by playing them, now his mobile hang on again and again.

I want to reset his mobile, Kindly provide me Reset Code.
