Explorer.exr not working

After the start up nd entering the user pass, simply a light blue screen is there. Just nothing else. No error messages, nothing. But the task manager get opened thru (Cnrl+Alt+Del). When I run the "explorer.exe" as a new task, the blue screen still remain , even no start mune show

It could be a virus. I would check out one of the special virus forums. Good Luck
