Hello,

My audio is not working and there is a red cross on the audio sign on the lower rt hand bottom corner. When I take the cursor on this sign it says "no audio output device is installed"
When I open device manager and thn go to audio, video and games controller option-->properties it shows "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)"

Go to control panel-sound

Right click on the playback tab

Select ''show disabled devices '' option

Does it display your speaker? if yes right click on it and enable it

This is not a driver problem ,this error code usually related to hardware issue.
When did this problem started?
Try this

Unplug power, battery ,push the power button for a minute insert battery and power again.Go to BIOS and set to to defaults and see if sound card is getting detected.
