I have visa and my nero and dvdshrink does no Closed

Hello, 

i have a vise laptop , i put nero 7 in and dvdshrink 3.2 . the dvdshrink works but then tell me i need nero.  to burn . what iam i doing wrong , please let me know. help

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Try to uninstall both and install nero before dvd shrink

If you still face issues try to use upgraded versions of nero
